Francesco Romano is not happy to have reports to take care of and he takes it out on a colleague. Palma has to step in. De Nardo is going to meet up with someone at a hotel. Lojacono goes to his usual restaurant, where he shares his worries with Letizia.

Doctor Rapisarda seems to want to be elsewhere other than making his rounds. Peppe Silvestri is about to be operated on. Luigi is asked how things are going now that the tube has been removed.

Manzi's family is helping him get ready for the big evening, his first lesson on TV. Ida has gone to great lengths to get everything as perfect as possible. And even their neighbors want to see his debut.

Camilla spends the afternoon at Dora's place, and they have a lot to talk about. Of course, Camilla loses track of the time.

At police headquarters, Ottavia discovers some surprising information about Ramaglia, the driver, so Lojacono and Aragona go back to see the Filangeri sisters, who seem as confused as ever. Palma reports to his boss, who is familiar with the Filangeri family.

Luigi has another conversation with Zamagna, but isn't sure if it is really him. Luigi is not out of the woods yet.

Moscati tries to calm the crowd of people and help them understand that it isn't necessary to burn all their household belongings, and that cholera is transmitted through their drinking water. He promises to help treat them as Elena watches the scene from afar.

Manzi is interviewed by the program team at RAI headquarters. They worry that he will be out of control with the whole world watching, but they appreciate how good his audition was. Meanwhile, Ricotta seems to have found a job, and once again, his studies at the reformatory have proved to be surprisingly valuable.

Camilla finds herself with her pants soaked in milk that has leaked from the container in her bag. The woman she is talking to her invites her home to change. While she is there, Gaetano calls her back.

The two women tell conflicting stories about the murder and it is frustrating for the officers. De Nardo has some uncomfortable conversations at home with her parents.

Luigi complains that all he hears doctors and nurses say is, un passo alla volta (one step at a time). He would love a little optimism and reassurance.

Felice seeks out his teacher's help because Ricotta is getting into trouble again.

Camilla gets up and gets ready for work, but Renzo and Livietta are surprised. It turns out Camilla doesn't realize it's her day off, so she has the whole day in front of her.

The team at Pizzofalone are back in full force. And there is a crime to investigate in the middle of the night.

Luigi can't wait for the tube to be removed and expresses how grateful he would be to Doctor Policari... Peppe is still hoping someone will remember him from two years earlier.

Alberto Manzi finally gets a chance to explain his doubts about why the auditions are going so badly.

Moscati and his assistants do what they can, but they discover that the government has a different view of the situation.

Inspector Berardi and Camilla discuss the case and what might happen in a trial. Camilla goes home to dinner but has to make up a story in a hurry.

The pizza party ends up just being Palma and Ottavia who make the best of it. Palma would like them to be on a first-name basis, but he is Ottavia's boss and she has trouble with that. He talks about dare del tu, which means addressing someone informally instead of dare del Lei, which implies addressing someone formally. It can still mean using someone's first name, but the pronouns (and conjugations) change.
