Ugo and Nora are very much in love, and that's where this story starts. The story of this two-episode mini-series is set in the port city of Trieste in northern Italy. Sposami means "marry me."

The exasperated lawyer comes up with a plan for the dog who happens to be named Uno (one). As they are taking care of this, they each get a phone call and have to hurry off.

Neither Ugo nor Nora has any desire to take Aunt Clo up on her offer, but then reality kicks in.

Aunt Clo shows Ugo and Nora around the shop and house and leaves after giving them a few rules to follow. They run off to the attorney to make sure they can go ahead with their separation.

Nora and Ugo are living in close quarters, and there is a list of eight rules nailed to the back of the door that they are already arguing about.

Nora is having trouble forgetting what Ugo did to her but gets down to work, or tries to. Uno comes back.

As Ugo walks Uno, he goes by his old bookshop. He meets someone he knows, which sets off a little chain of events, giving him a new outlook on things. Meanwhile, Nora is up to her neck in paperwork.

Aunt Clo calls to make sure things are OK with Nora and Ugo, but has a favor to ask. A future bride comes to try on her dress and it looks like she might be getting cold feet.

Ugo has good intentions, but he unwittingly puts the business in a tricky position. Nora rallies but feels Ugo is never around when she needs him.

The bridal gown was damaged and Ugo is in the doghouse. The atelier has to rally, and quickly. They also have to get creative in a hurry.

The roses on the gown were hugely successful, giving Nora an idea for saving the business. Ugo is not on board.

Like it or not, Ugo and Nora might have to become wedding planners. Dino is still stuck in his wheelchair in the courtyard.

Spartacus demonstrates how useful he can be. Nora and Ugo keep arguing about the wedding planning business.

It seems impossible for Ugo and Nora to be on the same wavelength at the same time. This time it's Ugo who does something without consulting Nora and she gets good and angry.

Ugo and Nora have taken on the huge task of planning and executing a dinner, and now they need help from the other people who work at the atelier. They also have to think up some good topics of conversation to keep relations between the two families as peaceful as possible.

The guests arrive, but who knew there would be so many? It turns out that Matì's family is rather extended as well as colorful. And it becomes clear that the families have very little in common.

The worst-case scenario comes true, even though Nora and Ugo do their very, very best, along with Spartacus as the server and Iside in the kitchen. Who knows if that wedding will ever happen.

Each family is intent on dictating all the details of the wedding, making it difficult for Ugo and Nora to stay on top of things — beginning with the choice of a wedding gown.

As we might have imagined, the tensions between the parents have been transferred onto the future bride and groom. Choosing the location, the favors, and the music has become a battle. Who knows if they can get over these hurdles.

They go to dinner with Francesco and Matì and gently encourage the couple to think hard about what they want. It's natural for memories to come bubbling up from when they were courting.

Ugo seems to have a mysterious mission. Nora sees to Matì, whose dress is done and gorgeous. Ugo takes Francesco to choose an engagement ring.

In an enchanting spot, Matì and Francesco get ready for the wedding, helped by Nora and Ugo. The bride and groom are happy, but, at the same time, sad not to have their respective parents with them.

Nora and Ugo succeeded in planning a perfect wedding for Francesco and Matisse. They seem to be a great team even when they work separately.

Nora and Ugo are back, and, after the success of the wedding at the end of the previous episode, Nora convinces Ugo to take part in a new business venture. As usual, they have some differences of opinion and even their attorney gets worried.

Ugo has an encounter with a young woman in need of a job. Nora is busy finding a wedding to crash.

Melody shows up at the atelier and we find out what role Ugo had in mind in wanting to hire her. She's an instant success with everyone except one person.

It comes as no surprise that Nora is not thrilled with the new model. She lets off steam to her lawyer, while Ugo gets advice from Spartacus.

Nora is determined to join the wedding celebration. She has no shame. And of course, Ugo has no choice but to follow along.

At the wedding reception, Ugo runs into a woman he knows from his recent past. Nora is super jealous, of course, because that's her mindset, but Ugo is genuinely flummoxed by what the woman says to him, and can't stop thinking about it.

Melody looks great in the dress she is trying on, and Nora is not thrilled about that. Meanwhile, a potential client calls about planning a wedding.

Nora and Ugo have a hard time not arguing and this time touch on some sensitive topics from the past. Ugo makes some decisions.

There are various obstacles to planning Azzurra's wedding the way she wants it. Both finding the tenor and fitting the dress are presenting huge challenges, perhaps insurmountable ones.

Poor Azzurra doesn't really know what she wants, and she spies another dress she likes, thanks to Ugo's cleverness. But the wedding planners still have huge problems to solve.

It's not easy convincing donna Olimpia who is no longer of sound mind, but Nora gets an idea. Meanwhile, just about everything is ready for Azzurra's wedding.

The wedding is beginning, and the bride is ecstatic, but what about the singer everyone is counting on?

Ugo and Nora can breathe easy regarding this wedding. And Ugo sends a strong signal to Nora about how he feels about her. But at a certain point, he has to explain how he found the singer!

Spartacus gives Ugo some advice, and Ugo takes him up on it, with some modifications. Nora seems extremely focused on drumming up clients.

The stickers Nora placed all around the arena paid off, at least from her point of view. Ugo isn't so sure. There's a new job for them, but Ugo is conflicted because he still has something to tell Nora.

Ugo has no interest in learning to ice skate, and Nora is not a big help. Back at the villa, Melody brings Dino some coffee as he works, and he asks her for a favor.

Perhaps as an apology, Ugo makes some sketches for the wedding on ice. The wedding couple practices at the rink, but there is a visitor. Dino and Melody have a moment, but his mother may not be so thrilled about that.

Nora discovers that Ugo is taking skating lessons on his own. She meets up with Cecilia to choose some wedding accessories, but clearly, Cecilia is distracted and finally confides in Nora about her feelings. Naturally, Nora compares every relationship to the one she has or had with Ugo.

Nora and Ugo discuss Cecilia's having given up a chance of a lifetime. Meanwhile, Ugo is making great progress as a skater, and his teacher is proud of him. They get around to talking about love and relationships.

Melody and Dino get along very nicely, but Dino clearly has feelings for her and wonders about how she feels. Nora is at the skating rink with Cecilia to discuss wedding plans. Ugo is on the phone with Dida.

Nora tells Ugo why the wedding won't be happening after all. At the bridal atelier, the same subject comes up, but focuses on the wedding gown and Dino, who designed it.

The postman brings a registered letter for Dino, but his mother signs for it. Nora goes to the indoor skating rink to gather the things no longer needed, since the wedding got canceled. There is a woman giving a private lesson on the ice.

Nora is at the hospital and has a little heart-to-heart talk with the skating instructor Danilo had kissed. Ugo, upon hearing the news, rushes to Nora's side.

Nora and Ugo talk to Aunt Clo via Skype. Nora tries to convince Cecilia to make up with Danilo.

Ugo tries to be helpful to Nora but she isn't having any of it. Perhaps she goes too far. Later, at the office, Nora has a hard time trying to manage things.

Nora doesn't want to have to call Ugo, but does she have a choice? Ugo is at the train station about to board his train to Rome. Back at the atelier, Iside is irritable and ends up being a bit short with her clients.

Iside reacts with her emotions of the moment. Ugo is with Spartacus on the ice, rehearsing for the wedding, but the two don't agree on every little thing.

Dino is disappointed not to have had an answer from Dubai. The wedding on ice is happening!

Danilo and Cecilia give a stunning performance during the wedding ceremony, and it doesn't go unnoticed by John Gregorian, who is present. Melody is enthusiastic about the dress Dino designed for the bride, but Iside whisks him away...

Ugo and Nora get home after a busy day at the skating rink. Nora needs help getting up the stairs and Ugo is there to help her. A moment of harmony. Who knows if they will manage to find something to argue about just the same?

Ugo has a guilty conscience and is doing basically everything Nora tells him to for the business. But he's not exactly thrilled about it. Spartacus has some good advice for him, as always. Nora goes to see her divorce attorney.

Nora is surprised to discover who Cicci is, and she gets a few more surprises the same day. Ugo is happy with his purchases at the fabric shop, but Nora not so much... Iside has some advice for her.

Ugo calls the divorce lawyer. Nora shows her new potential client some wedding gowns, while discovering some details about the future bride and groom.

Nora meets Maya, Lorenzo's future bride. The wedding seems to be growing in size and importance. Meanwhile, Melody is chatting with Dino and finds out his real name.

Ugo is busy, so Nora gets Roberto to help out with some venue scouting for the wedding. Maya reveals her true origins, which is a bit of a shock to Lorenzo.

Both Lorenzo and Ugo are trying to show their partners that they are worthy and can be trusted.

There's some disagreement about inviting Maya's parents to the wedding, but then someone comes up with a novel idea. Melody brings Dino the tickets for the concert.

Ugo isn’t thrilled when he sees Nora and Roberto together. Maya is having a hard time dealing with her situation.

Ugo wants Maya to feel like a princess and does his best. The day of the wedding, people start showing up.

Lorenzo's mother meets Maya's fake family and the marriage takes place. Afterwards, however, during the reception, there's a "disturbance."

Maya's family provides some lively music, but there is plenty of tension, and Lorenzo's mother jumps to conclusions when her necklace goes missing. Maya is heartbroken and almost ready to give up and go home.

Lorenzo wants to leave, but Nora and Ugo talk to him about love. Gisela is waiting for the police, who aren't showing up. Meanwhile, Maya has a surprise for everyone.

In the end, Lorenzo and Maya's wedding was a success for everyone except Gisela. Back home, Ugo and Nora discuss the day without arguing too much, which is also a huge success.

Ugo and Nora seem to be having a harmonious moment but there is tension in the workplace, as Iside tries to get a wedding gown ready for delivery. A new client has shown up and is chatting with Ugo in the office. It's "renewable energy" week in Trieste.

The wedding gown design studio still hasn't solved the problem of the grains of wheat to put in the hem of the bridal gown. In the office, they are still waiting for Rebecca, but no one could predict what happened next.

Nora goes to see Roberto, to let off steam. Later she discusses the wedding with Ugo, and they make some decisions.

Nora decides to organize Rebecca's wedding without Ugo's help. She prepares for battle and embraces the bride-to-be's wish to have an impact-zero wedding dress.

Ugo guesses what Nora is up to, but of course she denies it. Later, she and Rebecca meet up for some wedding business and end up talking about personal things.

Nora confronts Ugo about what Rebecca told her. Nora and Spartacus try to come up with solutions for the zero-impact wedding. Bruna comes to work very upset.

In a heart-to-heart conversation with Bruna, Nora shares her experience of being cheated on by Ugo. They decide to confront the hairdresser Bruna says must be her husband's lover.

At the workshop, Bruna opens up about her feelings concerning her husband, Carmine, and their marriage situation. With the support of her co-workers, she takes action.

Bruna is trying to communicate with her husband, and Nora and the family are encouraging her. At the workshop, Rebecca is trying on her wedding dress and finds herself alone with Nora.

Nora has a sincere conversation with Ugo. Ugo seeks advice from Spartacus. Bruna is very nervous about the wedding up on the crane.

Two different weddings are taking place. Nora is being interviewed by the TV in front of the crane and Ugo is overseeing Rebecca's wedding.

One wedding ceremony is finishing up, and the other is still in the preparation stage, with its complicated logistics.

Ugo had promised to go up on the crane with Nora to be a witness for Bruna's wedding, but will he manage it? Rebecca's husband, who shows up in time to see the other wedding, wants to know more about the protest and gets an idea.

Ugo tries to explain to Nora why he didn't climb up on the crane at the wedding. In the atelier, there is some gossip about their new client.

Melody arrives with some news. Whether it's good news or bad news depends on your point of view.

Melody is all excited about her coming wedding, and her co-workers are about to drink a toast to that, when they get a visitor. Ugo is still quite mad at Nora, and she knows why. Fabiana is trying to choose wedding invitations and nothing quite fits the bill.

The roof is in bad shape, and Spartacus gives Nora the news. Fabiana is still not 100% happy with her dress and Dino loses his cool for a moment.

Melody got caught in the rain. She is focused on her coming wedding and has a favor to ask of Dino, who is having a very hard time hiding his feelings.

Melody is in shock to find her beloved Giampi planning to marry someone else, and explains it to the others. Not everyone agrees on how to deal with this new problem.

Melody comes back to the atelier having come to a decision, one that not everyone is happy about. Ugo goes to see his lawyer about Nora, and Nora gets an estimate for the roof.

Ugo and Giampi talk, as arranged. Giampi shows his true colors, as does Ugo. The question of the wedding remains up in the air for the moment.

Nobody can find Nora. But Iside's assistant had heard her talking to herself, and shares this piece of information with Ugo. He makes a decision. Meanwhile, we catch up with Nora who is going someplace she's never been.

Melody and Nora have decided to go and see Fabiana to tell her the truth about Giampiero.

The day of the wedding arrives and Fabiana is at the altar with her soon-to-be husband, Giampi. But there are some surprises in store. For Giampi, but also for Ugo, who has to revisit his feelings about Nora.

Fabiana greets her guests. Melody has gone off by herself to cry. Ugo finally confesses to Nora what he has done.

Nora goes to see Roberto to unburden herself and get some comfort. She had been counting on the money from the wedding to pay for a new roof, but Ugo had spent it on a cruise for Melody.

The bathtub is too uncomfortable and creepy for Ugo, so he climbs into Nora's bed and falls asleep. In the morning, she's rather surprised, and none too happy. Ugo goes to see Roberto. Nora talks to the roofing contractor.

Making wedding gowns without a fitting model is tricky and everyone misses Melody. A new potential wedding client rings the doorbell and Nora invites him into her office.

Spartacus is mistrustful of the Polish guy who is going to repair the roof in exchange for a wedding. Meanwhile, the leaky roof is only getting worse, and Ugo and Nora have to scramble in order to find a dry spot in the house.

Work on the roof is starting, and so are plans for the wedding of Germana and Yazech. Germana is very excited about the dresses Dino is showing her, but Iside gets nervous about something and goes to see Nora.

Nora goes to talk to Dino about the terms of the wedding, but she overhears something that makes her think twice about what to say. Ugo is looking for the church where the wedding is to take place, but can't find it.

Yazech tells Nora his story, and why he cares about having his wedding at the immigrant shelter. Iside, Dino, and Nora discuss the dress and how much it will cost. Later, Ugo and Nora discuss the day's events.

Nora comes back with the dress and Iside is stupefied. Ugo has a mission downtown. The question now is, "Will the roof be done in time for the wedding?"

Melody and Dino communicate via chat on the computer. Yazech is finishing up the roof, theoretically. But once again, Ugo and Nora have to sleep in the same room.

Ugo follows Nora to see what she is doing late at night. In the morning, Yazech explains the roof situation to Nora. Spartacus is helping out with the ironing and expresses his opinion about the roof and Yazech.

Marianne has done a great job dressing up the church, and knows what she wants as payment. Nora is on the phone trying to make a deal for the wedding arrangements. Spartacus is trying to discover who the roof saboteur is.

In the middle of the night, Germana's father explains why he went so far as to sabotage the roofing work.

Nora gets Germana on the phone to find out what's going on, since the wedding is just a couple of days away and she and Yazech are missing in action.

Germana makes it back in the nick of time. But someone has been working on the roof, so there is a new mystery to solve.

Nora tries again to get information from her aunt about Ugo's fear of heights. Everyone goes to the church for the wedding.

Will Nora finally forgive Ugo? We find out in the finale of this romantic TV series.

After a night of intimacy, Ugo and Nora seem to have differing ideas about what it meant. Meanwhile, Iside and Dino are already basking in what they think is the aftermath.

Nora manages to talk to Roberto for a moment to make sure he goes ahead with the divorce. She meets some potential new clients. Ugo is oblivious to these events and is busy buying flowers for Nora.

The bride to be comes to the atelier to choose her wedding dress. Nora tries to prevent the others at the workshop from making the same gaffe she did, but they aren't necessarily familiar with the French word. Ugo shows up too, and tries to talk to Nora.

Finally, Ugo gets Nora alone and they are able to talk. Until the talking breaks down, that is. Once again Roberto, their lawyer, finds himself in the middle of things.

Eva is very happy with her wedding gown, but her daughter, who came with her, has a hard time accepting the situation. Ugo is desperately trying to figure out where Nora might be staying.

Melody gets back a day early and finds Nora in her bed. Nora has to offer some explanations and meanwhile, the girls do some drinking.

Melody comes to the bridal workshop and almost everyone is happy to see her. Dino has a surprise for her and takes her outside. Manrico, the singer who had saved a wedding in the past, is at the workshop to meet with the bride and groom.

Poor Roberto is back at the dentist's office and Ugo shows up once more. But this time, another person shows up to add to the chaos.

While Eva is having a fitting, Carolina shows up and makes a scene. As Eva is leaving the atelier, she and Nora have a conversation about love, and then Ugo and Nora have a lively discussion about the situation.
