Eva starts investigating this sorcerer/medium. At work, she overhears Dante on the phone with Daniela, and her jealousy is quite apparent to her friends. She denies it, of course.

Eva meets up with Samantha by chance at the gym and hears an unpleasant story. She offers to help in some way.

Eva goes to the hairdresser and learns about a girl named Samantha who could use some help. Meanwhile, Dante has an interesting conversation with some German customers.

Dante is trying to make up with Eva in two different ways. She's not making it easy for him.

Where can we find substitute ingredients? What do we do with the rind of the squash? Germidi Soia answers these questions and more. There is mention of Nutella, which is the ultimate Italian comfort food, and tiramisù, a popular dessert.

Everyone had a rough time in this adventure, but all's well that ends well.

This is not meant to bash vegans. It's just meant to be funny. Italian, with its masculine and feminine nouns lends itself to giving objects, and in this case vegetables, human characteristics. Maurizio Crozza is a comedian. The name he uses — Germidi — is a play on words: Germi (seeds) and soia (soy).

Naturally, at lunch, things don't go as planned. Meanwhile, Dante meets up with Eva's son, who is a bit skeptical about his mom's interest in a rich guy.

There's no turning back now. Dante is a bit confused, which is only natural.

"David" starts taking on "Goliath." It's not going to be easy, especially since their first plan goes south, and they have to go right to plan B.
