The ship arrives at the mainland and Cardinal Gonzaga instructs his men to escort Michele to land in a dinghy. The Cardinal will follow with the travel documents and paintings. Michele is a bit suspicious, but has no choice.

Max meets up with Gianmaria to give him the recipe, but is Gianmaria being straight with him? Joy and Alice have their pyjama party, but it's not much of a party.

We begin a new episode featuring Camilla the schoolteacher who likes sleuthing, in the middle of the night, when she hears a noise upstairs. Going back to sleep doesn't seem to be an option.

Alexia shows up just before Nora leaves for the mountains. It turns out that the wedding is to take place, not just in the mountains, but on a mountaintop.

Lojacono asks Laura to go with him to question Nick again. They want to know why he hadn't told them about Grazia being a model.

Zakary goes into more detail about his encounter with Donata. Imma starts getting suspicious about some of what Zakary describes and has a flash of realization. She sends Diana away and has some questions for Calogiuri.

Michele is still in Sicily and is feeling justifiably paranoid. A painting he had done in secret is on display in a small church. But there are some criticisms and he doesn't react passively.

Joy and Stefano have a brief conversation in the park. He doesn't push. Michelino shows up wanting to go over to the lawyer's house with Joy. The cooking team practices their new recipe at the bistro.

Berardi, the DA, and Torre, along with some of the gutter punks, visit Scortichini at the hospital. Words are exchanged, and Berardi manages to get some answers. Back home, it is time for the birthday party, where Renzo has to make balloon animals for the kids.

Ugo tries to reason with Iside. At the same time, he's pondering his feelings for Nora, who is leaving for her wedding in the mountains, with Roberto.

Lojacono and his team go to talk to Grazia's agent, Mr. Cava. He provides some interesting information about Grazia. Ottavia goes home and tries to broach the subject of getting a dog for Riccardo.

After some frustrating and bizarre moments, Imma manages to interview Counselor Zakary and learns some new facts.

Michele arrives in Messina. Filide pays a visit to a Cardinal she knows, to try to negotiate a pardon for Michele.

Alice is concerned about Max. Gianmaria knows very well that Max is in trouble and makes a proposal. In cooking class, Joy
decides she doesn't feel well and leaves.

The gutter punks are at the police station, but don't want to talk, so Berardi lays out his idea of what happened. At a certain point, Camilla shows up, too.
