Milena and Mattia meet at a restaurant and order grilled sandwiches and beer. They tell each other what they've been up to in the last few days. Milena spent a lot of time at home studying, while Mattia was busy practicing for a concert.

Mattia and Milena meet at a Maratea bar and introduce themselves. Milena is a language student, and Mattia plays in a rock band.

Massimo Venier's movie is about one of the troubling subjects of our times: The Thousand Euro Generation. As the title suggests, the new Italian generation earn 1000 euros a month, regardless of their education or profession. The lives of the main characters, Matteo, who has just graduated and is a mathematical genius, and Francesco, a cinema and playstation buff become intertwined with those of Angelica and Beatrice.

Michele is carrying the painting that the Kazakh didn't want, when Iolde approaches him to tell him that she's ready. He tells her that he's not feeling up to it yet and goes to see Nicoletta.

Riccardo tells Michele that he was contacted by the nobleman who says that his grandfather owned all the lands of the Nido. Meanwhile, after hours of delay and after worrying Michele, Lapo comes back, but in a surprising way.

JJ continues to walk around the Nido with the videocamera, looking for people to interview, but not everyone reacts the same way. Iolde feels the need to apologize to Eleonora, who instead reassures her, so she takes the opportunity to talk about Michele.

Despite Eleonora's initial opposition, JJ begins filming life at the Nest to share with the public. He invents catastrophic scenarios and has very sad stories to tell.
