Paparazzi follows five “paparazzi” (free-lance photographers) who run "Magica Press" (The Magic Press). The goal of the photographers is to catch Italian screen stars in private moments. This time it's the President of the USA they catch.

Life is Beautiful is the 1997 dramatic comedy, directed by and starring Roberto Benigni. It received three Oscars. The film takes place in a concentration camp in Nazi Germany. Guido (Benigni) in order to protect his son, pretends that the Jewish deportation and the war are just a game, with the final prize: a tank.

Michele is negotiating with Nicoletta about the gift he wants to give to the Kazakh. Back at the Nest, he makes sure it gets delivered as soon as possible. Iolde is at her wit's end and Eleonora wants to write to the newspaper.

Michele is looking for a work of art to make an important gift. Meanwhile at the Nido, they continue to dig and are finally about to discover what lies beneath the slab.

The visiting kids go around the Nido asking questions and exploring the place when they find the hole the workers are working on. At that point, Eleonora asks her friend to take the kids away.

Riccardo tries to approach and talk to Menicucci twice, even asking Michele for advice on how to do it, but he doesn't succeed. At the Nido, the visiting class doesn't seem very inclined to listen to the history of the place.

Eleonora had forgotten that her teacher friend would bring the kids on a field trip to the Nest and asks Chiara for help to welcome them. Meanwhile, the police arrive while Michele is on the phone.

Riccardo is trying to give the bribe to the person indicated by Michele but makes a mistake and finds a man who makes a scene. Meanwhile, a school group arrives at the Nido asking for Eleonora.

In an attempt to kill himself, Mario jumps out of the window, ending up in the emergency room with a contusion. While Michele tries to break free from Iolde's advances, Riccardo calls to say that Menicucci has arrived.

To evade inspections, Michele suggests to Riccardo to bribe a health department official with a thousand Euros and have him call ARPA to block the soil inspection at the Nido. Riccardo, although uncomfortable, goes to the health department offices.

While the workers are digging, they find a slab that's hiding something and it turns out that Mario actually knew about it and feels guilty. Before proceeding to remove the slab, they need to obtain a special tool but the important thing is that nobody knows what's happening.

Mario, wanting to be helpful, would like to block the entrance to prevent the inspectors from entering, but Michele manages to convince him that it's not a good idea. The workers have formed a strange idea about the place where they are.

In the area of the Nest targeted by the team, work is being done to eliminate the contaminated part. Riccardo urges everyone to take precautions and sleep with open windows if they cannot spend the night elsewhere.

The workers that Michele had called found that the pollution is only on a part of the land, but to clean it up they need the whole night and some help to give them energy.

While everyone is sitting around the table, a phone call comes from the environmental agency saying they will come the next day. There is some panic. Michele keeps his cool.
