Grandma Enrica goes to see Libero and her grandchildren. But who knew what she would propose? Libero almost has another heart attack, and has to think fast.

Ugo calls the divorce lawyer. Nora shows her new potential client some wedding gowns, while discovering some details about the future bride and groom.

Little Lele, all of a sudden, feels ill. Libero, knowing he had been distracted by talking to Fausto, goes into panic mode. Maria keeps her calm and calls the doctor at the health center to find out what to do.

Nora is surprised to discover who Cicci is, and she gets a few more surprises the same day. Ugo is happy with his purchases at the fabric shop, but Nora not so much... Iside has some advice for her.

Maria visits the health center where her father used to work, and chats with the staff members she considers to be practically family. At home, there's a visit from Fausto, a friend of the family.

Ugo has a guilty conscience and is doing basically everything Nora tells him to for the business. But he's not exactly thrilled about it. Spartacus has some good advice for him, as always. Nora goes to see her divorce attorney.

Rebecca is wandering around the campus, where she runs into someone who has his degree in medicine already. She is then joined by Maria. At the health center, the staff meets the new family doctor.

Here is a comedy about a group of friends who have been living together in the same house during their studies at the University of Pisa. As this period comes to an end, they think about the future and about the past, the best time of their lives (so far). The title Fino a qui tutto bene translates as "so far, so good."

Maria and Rebecca go to the university for the first time. At Lele's old work place, there is a new director. She is going to take some getting used to.

The Martini family is gathered for breakfast, and we learn a bit about the individual family members. There's plenty of chaos, however, and it's a bit much for Grandpa Libero to wrap his head around. At the hospital, where Lele has vacated his office, the staff is waiting for their new boss.

Despite the lasagna made by Cettina, everyone in the Martini family is pretty blue about Lele being gone, so they sit around in the living room. Then Annuccia decides she wants to watch a video.

We meet the very chaotic Martini family at the beginning of a new season of Un medico in Famiglia (A Doctor in the Family). Some things have changed, and some haven't.

This last segment of the film starts out at police headquarters and ends at the park, where lots of kids are playing ball with their dads.

Orazio discovers who was at the door and tries to manage things as best he can. Meanwhile, the police are watching from the window and take action.

Orazio goes to see Don Agostino, who speaks in metaphors Orazio has trouble grasping. Back home, there are some curious activities going on, and the police are watching.
