All of a sudden, it's decided that the wedding would be the following day. Everyone gets into gear, almost. Roberto shows up, too, and might live to regret it. Ugo is resting, since he is so "ill."

Riccardo, the priest, is having a hard time. His mother is trying to help him in her way. Barbieri keeps bothering Giusi. The patient who seems to think he is a doctor gives Luigi some news.

Ugo's ruse seems to be working. Nora comes back, she is loving, and she breaks things off with Roberto. What could possibly go wrong? Melody and Dino have a conversation about Manrico.

It's time for Amed to leave the hospital, but he's not quite ready. There are various types of goodbyes happening.

Nora has gone to the mountains, and Ugo can't sleep so he goes out to smoke a cigarette. He meets up with Melody and they converse about what one is willing to do for love.

Amed gets ready to leave the hospital. Luigi gets his stitches removed and talks to a doctor about what he'll have to do in the future.

Nora goes to a climbing gym with Roberto. Meanwhile, Iside is trying to fit Emebet with a suitable wedding gown that will hide her growing belly. Manrico is still courting Melody with Dino's ghost-written messages.

This episode begins with the funeral of a patient, in the hospital chapel.
