Ugo tries to reason with Iside. At the same time, he's pondering his feelings for Nora, who is leaving for her wedding in the mountains, with Roberto.

Iside walks in on the conversation between Clo and Nora, which sets her off, as well. The next day, Iside tries to make peace with her son.

Ugo needs to hear, face to face, that Nora truly doesn't love him anymore, otherwise he won't believe her. She seeks comfort from Aunt Clo.

Melody and Iside are discussing the situation, but the others are worried about getting back to work. As Nora tries on her dress, Ugo shows up.

Michele has a bad reaction to Lapo's news, and the police leave, as does Michele. His daughter stops him as he makes his way to his quarters.

Dino's mother is not at all happy to see him go off with Melody in her car. Iside confronts them, they argue, and then she decides to follow them to find out where they go.

Marcello is trying to impress Michele, with disastrous results. Then some uniformed men come to the door and Michele thinks he is finally free.

Aunt Clo is scheming to get Ugo and Nora back together. In the bridal workshop, Dino has designs for Nora's wedding dress ready to show her. Alexia's grandmother shows up unexpectedly and is very angry with her.

Ugo lets his aunt know he has found a new job at a radio station. Roberto is madly trying to get the apartment ready so he and Nora can move in.

Dino figures out why he never saw the earlier letter from Dubai. This time, he replies and he and Melody go to mail the letter in person. Iside is beside herself when she discovers that Dino has gone off with Melody.

Aunt Clo tells Ugo and Nora what she had been up to rather than being on her deathbed... A heated discussion ensues. Dino gets a registered letter, retrieved from the postman by Melody.

Nora and Ugo are now officially divorced and plans for the future are being made. It also happens to be time for Ugo's aunt to come back from her trip abroad.

Ugo and Nora have very contrasting moods and intentions when they get to the courthouse for their divorce hearing.

As he leaves the hospital with his wife, Luigi talks about how his perspective changed having had an experience such as he did.

Before the guests leave, the mother of the bride has a couple of questions for Nora and Ugo, translated by Emebet's brother. Nora is emotionally affected by what he says. Melody and Dino look on.

Luigi continues reflecting on how his illness changed his life in various ways, not all of them negative. Un passo alla volta (one step at a time).

Melody takes the sheep to a grassy spot but is then surprised by someone she wasn't expecting to see. The second day of the wedding is over, and Nora and Ugo are ready to get some sleep.

Luigi reflects on how so many Italians, though living in a marvelous place, would like to be somewhere else, do something else, etc. But there are exceptions.

It's the second day of the Ethiopian ceremony, and time for the appearance of the sheep. Will Roberto come through?

Two of the doctors meet up in the hall and get into a spat about which job is more noble, that of an oncologist or that of a surgeon.

It's time for the first kiss. Everyone seems affected in a different way.

Luigi has to listen to an interminable list of possible side effects to the drugs he will be taking. Could it be that he is actually going home?

All of a sudden, it's decided that the wedding would be the following day. Everyone gets into gear, almost. Roberto shows up, too, and might live to regret it. Ugo is resting, since he is so "ill."

Riccardo, the priest, is having a hard time. His mother is trying to help him in her way. Barbieri keeps bothering Giusi. The patient who seems to think he is a doctor gives Luigi some news.
