Massimiliano is a musician, and together with his friend Stefano, and the mascot Cuba, he's trying to introduce the group to record labels. In addition to talking about his dream, he talks about Garbatella, the neighborhood where he was born, and which he wants never to leave.

Måneskin is a band with four musicians who began playing together as students at the J.F. Kennedy High School in Rome. Their participation on X Factor brought about their phenomenal success. The band's name Måneskin means moonshine in Danish, and was a word that Victoria de Angelis, the bassist, knew from her Danish ancestry.

Lorenzo Jovanotti, famous Italian singer-songwriter, celebrates the 150th anniversary of Italy’s Unification, on March 17th, 2011. He delivers best wishes to all Italians, and sings "Fratelli d’Italia" [Brothers of Italy], the Italian national anthem, otherwise known as the "Inno di Mameli" [Hymn of Mameli].

Signor Venturi is enjoying some intimate time with a lady when the police show up with a search warrant.

Signor Venturi is taken to il Nido (the Nest). Although he is glad to see a familiar face upon arrival, he is not quite ready for what awaits him.

Nicoletta shows Michele around but he is less than impressed. His attitude and reputation aren't going to be much help to him when they vote him in or out that evening. Michele's lawyer comes to see him.

Michele goes to see his daughter in her quarters. He then goes around trying to assure some positive votes for the evening assembly.

Unexpectedly, just about everyone shows up for the assembly, where there is to be a vote to Michele as part of the group or not.

The assembly takes place and everyone votes. Then there are discussions about other matters. Michele goes back to his room where he gets a visit.

Over breakfast, Riccardo and Eleonora discuss some environmental test results they are expecting, but are interrupted by Chiara and have to fudge. They also get some other worrisome news from Nicoletta.

Martina and Giovanni invite Chiara to stay strong, and it seems it regards her father. Michele is trying to relax when Iolde shows up with her water and vinegar drink.

Michele is making nice with Eleonora because he needs a favor. She knows him all too well and says no. Chiara is talking to her friend Valentina about her father's experience in prison.

Michele has breakfast in the communal kitchen and strikes up a conversation with Lapo. Eleonora has a chat with JJ in his office, but gets interrupted by a phone call she has to deal with.

Chiara's phone was found, but Chiara is still missing. Riccardo asks a favor of Michele and then goes looking for Chiara. Meanwhile, there seem to be bugs all over the place, and Michele's conversation is being listened to without his knowledge by law enforcement.

At Iolde's birthday party, there are some unusual gifts for her. Michele, quite drunk, clarifies some misunderstandings about his time in prison.
