Lojacono and Di Nardo go to speak with Don Michele again, when Mass is over. The priest confirms that he and Angela cared for each other very much but that they didn't have a relationship. He is being rather defensive, but Lojacono gets him to agree to cooperate.

Imma is talking with Mottola to find any connections with Don Mariano's death. He is accusing the deceased of not having helped him, and at a certain point, she says: Ma si rende conto? After two years, Camilla and Gaetano meet up again at the scene where a woman had been found dead. They fall into their usual habit of discussing the crime, as if not a day had passed.

Berardi is back in the Rome office and there's a celebration. But since there's also a dead person at the Colosseum, the celebration comes to an abrupt end and Berardi and Torre rush to the scene of the crime. The class trip also comes to an abrupt end.

Marioni tells the orchestra what he has in mind to help Matteo get integrated into the orchestra. The students involved begin to get organized by sharing their phone numbers.

Lojacono surprises Laura at dinnertime. Di Nardo has dinner with Rosaria, who has an invitation for her. At the dinner table, Giorgia has something to discuss with Francesco.

Camilla and her class are on a field trip to the theater and she is trying to hand out the tickets, but lots is happening outside, involving the other teacher, an out-of-work actor, the students, some picture-taking, and some trouble down the street.

The young volunteers talk about how they met and what they were doing the night of the murder. Aragona and Romano come back to headquarters with a photo they found at the victim's home.

Imma is still worried about her husband ending up in the hospital when, back at work, Diana has bad news for her. Imma remembers her appointment with Don Mariano, but that's not the worst of it.

At home, there is the usual rush to get ready for school and work. Camilla is running late and is not available to answer a burning question her husband and daughter have for her.
