After Stefano's decision to leave the Jams, there's a risk that the kids might lose the contest final. Alice is agitated, but Max tries to calm her down by telling her that everything will be fine.

Joy received confirmation from Stefano that he no longer wants to participate in the contest. In class, the teacher returns the assignments and compliments all the students. To everyone's great surprise, even Max got a full passing grade.

During the lesson on main courses, Joy seems very distracted and Alice thinks it's because of Stefano. The Jams seem to be in real trouble now that even Max hasn't shown up.

Alice asks Joy to try to talk to Stefano since she likes him, but he's not responding to messages anymore. At the contest, the kids are dealing with a second course, and in the end, the Jams will present a meatloaf.

In the challenge of the second courses, with a twist, the Jams slip to third place. Only the dessert challenge was left, but the final is not yet compromised if they manage to climb back up the rankings.

When Joy locks herself in her room, her mother joins her to understand what's happening. At that moment, Max calls to warn that Stefano has run away, and the girl rushes to the park to meet the others and figure out what to do.

Joy finally realizes where Stefano might be and goes looking for him. She finds out what went wrong.

After Stefano returned with the Jams, things seem to have gone back to normal. Alice reflects on the fact that their age isn't an easy one because there are many changes. Some beautiful, others less so.

At school, Stefano has good news, but the lesson must continue. The teacher asks the students to observe outside and express what they see and feel through drawing. She is particularly struck by a couple of drawings, albeit for different reasons.

For the finale, there will be an exceptional guest, a famous chef, and the kids are beside themselves with excitement. The Jams need to climb up the rankings, and Melissa's team changes their approach on how to manage the contest to win.

Max and Alice are at the amusement park and want to go on a ride, but the place looks deserted. Everything is ready at the bistrot except for the cake, which Joy should be bringing. On the way to the party, she runs into her little friend on his bike.

After Alice's surprise birthday party, she and Max share their monthiversary and want to tell about how they helped Joy.

At school, the teacher talks about bullying and after the lesson Alice tries to talk to Joy about what Max discovered. Joy doesn't react well and leaves her friend alone.

Alice returns home and is sad and very worried about Joy. She tries to tell her mother that Joy was left alone with the lawyer and that the story about the forgotten cake on the street was a lie. The mother then calls Joy's mom.

Joy is not going to school and is not responding to anyone anymore. Melissa seems happy to know that the Jams will be in trouble at the competition, but the kids want to give it their all. Meanwhile, Joy is being helped by her parents.
