Camilla and her class are on a field trip to the theater and she is trying to hand out the tickets, but lots is happening outside, involving the other teacher, an out-of-work actor, the students, some picture-taking, and some trouble down the street.

Berardi is back in the Rome office and there's a celebration. But since there's also a dead person at the Colosseum, the celebration comes to an abrupt end and Berardi and Torre rush to the scene of the crime. The class trip also comes to an abrupt end.

Camilla and Gaetano meet again after two years at the place where a girl was found dead. The way they handle things, it seems like not a day has passed. Renzo returns home and finds Andreina searching for something.

Gaetano receives a phone call and when it ends, he finds himself forced to tell Camilla that it's from a journalist he met in Prague. Back at school, Camilla wants to know more about the centurion, while Renzo is dealing with a tragedy.

Berardi is gathering information about the victim who was found when Camilla was taking the kids on a field trip. While trying to understand something, Ferrari reports the disappearance of a girl. Meanwhile, Camilla's house is flooded and Renzo is very angry.

While the investigations continue, Renzo has an unpleasant surprise that undermines his peace of mind as a husband, and even a competition he must participate in doesn't give him peace.

At school, Alex and Aiello are arguing because Aiello wants Alex to delete some photos from his phone, but he doesn't want to. With Camilla's arrival, the argument calms down, but the teacher would like to understand why Aiello got so upset.

Gaetano asks Camilla for help in identifying the centurion who found the girl's body.
At home, Renzo is working for the competition when he receives a proposal.

Renzo is at home with Livietta and they are doing research on pets. Camilla goes to help Gaetano with the recognition of the centurion, but she will also need Gaetano's help later.

Camilla and Gaetano talk in the car about commitment in relationships and marriages. When they arrive at Camilla's house, they carry the water heater together when Renzo sees them but doesn't help.

Renzo tries to convince Camilla that he's not jealous, but she maintains that he's just stressed about the competition. At school, the girls who had received the photos before they were deleted show some details of the centurions to the teacher.

Camilla gives Gigi a ride and asks him what his brother has to do with Holly's murder. Gaetano meets Meg and shows her the photo of the boy who had lunch with her sister on the day of the accident.

Torre and Gaetano leave Hotel Bisanzio to go towards the Teatro Marcello near the restaurant where the American woman was seen with the man from the sketch. Meanwhile, Camilla tries to talk to Renato with Gigi's help.

Berardi and Torre manage to find out where Renato lives, and when they go to his house, they find Camilla. At that point, Renato tells his version of the events.

While the police are in the house with Gigi and Renato, the grandmother returns and gets scared. Although Renato declares himself innocent, he tries to escape but Gaetano manages to stop him. At Camilla's house, Livietta has a proposal for her father.
