Eleonora had forgotten that her teacher friend was going to bring her students on a field trip to the Nest. She has to go to work and asks Chiara for help in welcoming them. Meanwhile, the police arrive while Michele is on the phone.

Imma receives a package containing Don Mariano's tablet. The note inside says that the tablet contains all the evidence that Don Mariano had collected.

Silvia and Chef Davide are discussing a reservation, and she maintains that Davide should be more flexible regarding the changes communicated by the customer. Silvia also talks about what "alternative measures" are all about.

Riccardo is trying to give the bribe to the person indicated by Michele but gets it wrong. Meanwhile, a school group arrives at the Nido asking for Eleonora.

Silvia talks about how she finds candidates for the restaurant kitchen from the central kitchen, which prepares the meals for the inmates. The restaurant workers are impacted positively because it means they have a real job, with a paycheck, including social security, which can look good on a resume.

To evade inspections, Michele suggests that Riccardo bribe a health department official with a thousand Euros and have him call ARPA to block the soil inspection at the Nido. Riccardo, although uncomfortable, goes to the health department offices.

Imma searches for information about the earthquake of the 1980s and among old newspaper articles, Antonio Scaglione's name appears. She decides to go visit him.

The owner, Silvia, recounts that during the restaurant's first year, the New York Times discovered the place and that's when she realized it was the first of its kind in the entire world. She also tells the story of how the chef, Davide, was hired.

While the workers are digging, they find a metal plate that's hiding something and it turns out that Mario actually knew about it and feels guilty. Before proceeding to remove the metal plate, they need to obtain a special tool but the important thing is for nobody else to know what's happening.
