He talks about dare del tu, which means addressing someone informally instead of dare del Lei, which implies addressing someone formally. It can still mean using someone's first name, but the pronouns (and conjugations) change.

After working on the case together, the members of the team go home to deal with their personal lives. Not everyone is enthusiastic about going out for pizza with the chief.
