Michele has breakfast in the communal kitchen and strikes up a conversation with Lapo. Eleonora has a chat with JJ in his office, but gets interrupted by a phone call she has to deal with.

Michele is making nice with Eleonora because he needs a favor. She knows him all too well and says no. Chiara is talking to her friend Valentina about her father's experience in prison.

Martina and Giovanni invite Chiara to stay strong, and it seems it regards her father. Michele is trying to relax when Iolde shows up with her water and vinegar drink.

Over breakfast, Riccardo and Eleonora discuss some environmental test results they are expecting, but are interrupted by Chiara and have to fudge. They also get some other worrisome news from Nicoletta.

The assembly takes place and everyone votes. Then there are discussions about other matters. Michele goes back to his room where he gets a visit.

Unexpectedly, just about everyone shows up for the assembly, where there is to be a vote to Michele as part of the group or not.

Michele goes to see his daughter in her quarters. He then goes around trying to assure some positive votes for the evening assembly.

Nicoletta shows Michele around but he is less than impressed. His attitude and reputation aren't going to be much help to him when they vote him in or out that evening. Michele's lawyer comes to see him.

Signor Venturi is taken to il Nido (the Nest). Although he is glad to see a familiar face upon arrival, he is not quite ready for what awaits him.

Signor Venturi is enjoying some intimate time with a lady when the police show up with a search warrant.

Imma goes home after a long day to find Pietro and Valentina in the kitchen. She relaxes on the sofa only to catch sight of a picture of her as a girl...

Imma's excellent memory helps her figure out some details of the murder, as she talks to the brother from Argentina.

Lojacono and Aragona go to see the husband of the ex-door person. He confirms the fight between Giacomo Scognamiglio and Teresa's husband. Back at headquarters, Romano objects to always having to stay there instead of going out as Lojacono and Aragona do.

Pietro seems to have a great time at the dinner party, while Imma is focused on work and on finding the right moment to talk to her hostess.

Imma and Pietro go to dinner at the prefect's and play with some Latin proverbs. One of these gives Imma an idea about the case.

Diana has some information for Imma, some of it urgent. Imma calls on Calogiuri even though he is about to take his exam.

There is a new case for the team at Pizzofalcone and Lojacono and Aragona go to the scene of the crime. A young cleaning woman was found dead in the basement of an apartment building.

Valentina goes to see her grandmother, who may have dementia but can still offer good advice. Imma discovers that her husband plays soccer with the prefect, Moliterni's husband.

Lojacono hasn't seen his daughter in a year, and would like to catch up. She has something to tell him, but doesn't say a whole lot more. Meanwhile, another crime has been committed in the city.

Imma interviews Giulio Bruno, the son of the murdered architect, Domenico. Giulio seems forthcoming about what happened with his uncle in Argentina.

Penelope gets some news she shares with Valentina. Imma is upset about Calogiuri's leaving, but throws herself into her work, confronting Bruno's son about his project in Vallone della Femmina.

Dottoressa Piras and Lojacono continue their conversation in the car in front of Lojacono's building. They address some serious topics that have nothing to do with the case they have just solved.

After a long work day, everyone on the team goes home to a different situation, and it isn't always a happy one.
