Renzo still has Bibì and has a frustrating phone call with Camilla. At the police station, Lenox's "secretary" explains herself.

Alberto sleeps on the park bench across from Ida's apartment and then goes to work at the prison, where, once again, it's an uphill battle.

Camilla has an interesting and enlightening conversation with Signora Voglino. For some reason, Berardi shows up, too.

Now that Imma has solved the case, she can think about other things. She talks to Diana on the phone, and then insists that Valentina go somewhere with her in the car.

Alberto gets a friend to drive him to where Ida teaches. He recognizes her right away as the kids come out of the school.

They discover the gun belonged to Francesca. Debbie talks to the class, and Camilla gleans a spark of information that might prove useful. Gaetano goes to talk to Camilla and she gives him a good talking too.

Imma has a difficult but necessary conversation with Rosario there, on his land, with the wind turbines whirring in the background.

Manzi isn't getting anywhere with the kids at the reformatory. He talks to the director, and then goes to the Board of Education, too, to complain.

The photographer gives Berardi some more details, but there is still the question of the missing gun. Potti and Bibì seem to have made up completely and Camilla and Renzo might not be in total agreement about what to do next.

Milena tells Imma about her pregnancy and about how Nunzio reacted to it. They also talk about Nunzios's relationship with his father. Imma and Calogiuri go out to the Festa place to talk to Rosario.

Alberto's friend, Eugenio, is ready to call it quits when it comes to teaching. Alberto is convinced that kids are the future, but even though he made some headway with the kids at the reformatory his first day, there are still huge obstacles.

Torre discovers the criminal record of the photographer's accomplice and she gets questioned again. Camilla is exhausted, and Renzo tells her about the kiss Livietta's friend Giulio gave her.

This story teaches us how important it is to accept those who might not look like us and to be patient about finding our place in the world. And sometimes something that seems like a defect, can be a gift.
