Gaetano and Camilla grab a cofffee during her break, but they get interrupted by a visitor and then by a phone call about a murder. Gaetano rushes off to the scene of the crime.

Oriana gets a chance to browse around in Alekos' studio before getting some sleep. The next day, she has to call the office and explain why she is still in Athens. Aleko shows up and has a surprise. He wants to enjoy his freedom, but has lots of work to do, too.

Today, Camilla, contrary to her normal routine, is all dressed up and early for school. Her daughter notices right away, as does the nosy custodian in their apartment building. We soon discover why.

Panagulis tells Oriana about his 5 years in prison and how he survived it, including physical and psychological torture. She is riveted to the point of forgetting she has a plane to catch.

Lisa plays a tape that Oriana thought had been destroyed. It takes her back to 1973, when instead of going to Bonn, Oriana decides to go to Athens, where Panagulis has just been freed from five years in prison. She wants to interview him.

Oriana has a difficult conversation with General Loan, but manages to get out of the war zone safely. Back in the present day, she tells Lisa more about her time in Vietnam and about her relationship with François.

Oriana visits an orphanage and it has a long-lasting effect on her that she will never forget.

Oriana finally meets General Loan and interviews the three prisoners.

Oriana goes to see François Pelou and then gets permission to interview the prisoners who had been sentenced to death.

Oriana manages to interview some soldiers, each with his own experience to share. The song at the end of the segment is "My Girl" written by Smokey Robinson for The Temptations. It was a number one hit song in the mid-sixties.

Oriana gets onto a helicopter with the troops. And she ends up in the thick of things.

Dafne has a unique gift for her father.

François Pelou e Oriana Fallaci walk around the streets of Saigon and go into a nightspot where the soldiers spend time with Vietnamese girls. The next day they get some instructions from the military for staying healthy and safe during their stay.

Dafne and her father get to the old family homestead. Dafne goes about opening it up as they talk about her mother and how she loved the place.

Welcome to Saigon! Oriana goes to the press office and meets François Pelou, a war correspondent from France. There is a crisis going on and together, they attempt to head it off.
