While Barbara's mother wants to make sure her daughter has overcome the difficult move, Matteo sings a song about feeling inadequate. Meanwhile, Marioni unexpectedly meets Irene.

While Chiara and Robbo explore their secret place, the father returns and suggests that they cook together. Clelia and Roberto hope to obtain permanent custody of Rosario, and Barbara's mother is happy with her daughter's results and wants to reward her.

Barbara is reprimanded because she appears tense and seems to never have fun. She maintains that she's not there to have fun and that in any case, she manages to do everything. Robbo and Chiara are at home since they're not feeling too well.

While Barbara is recommended a book about music that she might like, Matteo is encouraged to not follow the rules and keep laughing.

After the heated confrontation with Marioni, Matteo runs away and goes to the director who shows understanding and suggests that the boy no longer be part of the orchestra. Matteo says he will manage and find another way to vent.

Maestro Marioni asks Matteo what he wants to do with his life in music and is not satisfied with the answer he receives. The teacher, with his passionate tone, urges Matteo and encourages him not only to try but to do something more.

Sara is about to accompany Matteo on a tour of the facility when they run into Gigi, who asks for explanations about the girl's behavior. While they continue the tour, Marioni calls Matteo for an early violin lesson.

A chaotic day in an Italian classroom: amid grammatical difficulties, unexpected incidents, and group dynamics, tensions, irony, and solidarity intertwine between students and teachers.

The kids who were involved by Marioni to help Matteo create a chat, and Sara immediately makes a bad impression. At Robbo's house, things seem a bit tense, and little Chiara is worried.

Marioni asks Sara for help with Matteo. In the evening, Matteo is out walking with his uncle who is being a bit over-protective.

Marioni tells the orchestra what he has in mind to help Matteo get integrated into the orchestra. The students involved begin to get organized by sharing their phone numbers.

During the orchestra rehearsal, a player makes a mistake and Marioni, the conductor, doesn't hesitate to press the point, in his usual cruel manner, that an orchestra is not a democracy.

Sofia goes up to the roof to practice her cello, but ends up singing a song (in English). When Maestro Marioni gets home from an amorous encounter, he watches a video where Matteo's previous violin teacher introduces him and explains his special situation.
