Lorenzo is still pretty mad at his Mom. And Eva is still mad at Dante.

The marshal comes back to the restaurant but judging from what he orders, it's clear that something is wrong. Eva goes to talk to him and discovers that he may have gotten conned.

Eva gives a ride to another elderly woman from the senior citizens' center and learns something that tickles her sixth sense. She goes and talks to her girlfriends about it.

Malù tries to talk some sense into Lorenzo. Meanwhile, the girls make their plans.

Sometimes timing is everything, and this time Eva didn't have time on her side, having realized some things a bit too late.

Eva is unable to speak when perhaps she ought to. Andreina is very unhappy about carrying out a task Eva has assigned to her. Poor Andreina.

Dante and Eva cross paths at the market but don't speak. They are both pretty unhappy about the situation.

Andreina's bait worked at the senior citizens' center, and Eva goes to see her friend Augusto. She also makes a disturbing discovery in her son's bedroom.

The girls start putting together money for Andreina to give to the swindler. Lorenzo comes to the restaurant to ask Eva an important question. She gets a late-night visit while doing the accounts.

Eva and Lorenzo clear up their misunderstanding, and the girls get ready for the next step. Andreina does her part by giving the money to Jean-Paul, the conman.

There is a glitch in the girls' plan, but nonetheless, Eva manages to do what she has to do, also thanks to Lola's help. They get closer to figuring out what the Frenchman is up to.

Eva has a lot weighing on her, but her state of mind really takes a nosedive when, in town, she sees Dante from afar. Meanwhile, she still has to deal with getting Andreina in shape for the gala.

Eva ruminates on her past life and gets down to work on the task at hand. Meanwhile, Lola and Gina are waiting for the choir concert to start.

Both Andreina and Eva have some important tasks to carry out this evening. Their challenges are vastly different, but are challenges nonetheless. Let's see how they manage.

Eva and Lorenzo have a civil conversation at breakfast. Later on, we find the commissioner dining at the restaurant and Gina thinks he might be the mysterious Catullus. The subject gets changed by an important phone call for the commissioner (in French) about counterfeit money from across the French border!
