Orazio has a conversation with his doctor and Anna has a conversation with her friend. Both Anna and Orazio are frustrated but don't know what to do.

Orazio is back at the office with some clients, and gets interrupted. His patience is growing thin with both his clients and his wife.

Orazio goes to see his priest friend, Don Agostino, to talk about his problems, but it doesn't seem like Don Agostino is really tuned in to the problem at hand.

Orazio gets an unexpected visit at the office. The police pay a visit to Orazio's priest friend, Don Agostino.

Don Agostino is questioned by the police about Orazio and his alleged satan-worshipping activity. Anna and Orazio have a heated argument.

Anna has made the decision to call in a "professional" to help her have a child. Orazio isn't thrilled.

Orazio is not happy about the presence of Nettuno Tritone. In contrast, Anna is thrilled and charmed, hanging on Tritone's every word. The police are watching from across the street, but not seeing much action.

Anna, Orazio, and Mr. Tritone discuss plans for having a baby. Anna seems thrilled, but Orazio is quite upset. The doorbell rings and Orazio has to go and see who it is.

Anna and Orazio go to Ersilia's birthday party, all dressed up. But, after a long drive, it looks like someone forgot the gift, and they are about to look bad, or make a bad impression, which in Italian is fare brutta figura.

At the party, the conversation turns to kids, and having kids. Orazio decides it's a good time to make himself scarce.

Orazio picks up the package at home, where there is a surprise visitor waiting for him. Bottiglia, who is spying on Orazio, assumes the package is another pig's foot, and assumes Orazio is bound for the cemetery again and attempts to follow him.

On the way home from the party, Anna and Orazio can't help but start arguing again. They each accuse the other of wanting someone else.

At the office, Orazio gets a visit from the police commissioner who gives him a rough time and leaves Orazio more confused than ever.

Orazio goes to see Don Agostino, who speaks in metaphors Orazio has trouble grasping. Back home, there are some curious activities going on, and the police are watching.

Orazio discovers who was at the door and tries to manage things as best he can. Meanwhile, the police are watching from the window and take action.
