After the auditions, Domenico asks Barbara if he can walk her home, but she refuses. Robbo and Chiara go to eat pizza with their father, who however has to give them bad news and Chiara takes it badly. Matteo, on the other hand, locks himself in his room and won't even let his uncle in.

Rosario chooses to avoid the encounter with his mother, so he makes up an excuse and returns to class. Meanwhile, in the lesson, Marioni puts Sara to the test, but she is determined not to give up.

Matteo and his classmates, during the break, get together to cheer for Sara in the hope that she manages to convince Marioni to let her play with them. Rosario, on the other hand, is agitated and this doesn't escape either the boys or his teacher.

In class, Barbara proves to be much further ahead than her classmates in the curriculum; for this reason the teacher decides to assign double the homework to all students. Meanwhile, Sara continues her battle, trying to convince Marioni to give her the chance to play.

Irene becomes furious with Luca when she discovers that he is obsessively following and controlling Marco, while she takes refuge in a fictitious identity to distract herself from her own thoughts. Meanwhile, Barbara arrives at the new school and Sara makes a request with a determined tone.

Barbara and her mother appear decidedly more serene, and the girl seems ready to start over. Meanwhile, at Rosario's house, his parents try to reassure him in anticipation of the meeting with his mother.

Ending this episode, Rosario's parents tell him his birth mother wants to meet him. Marioni relives an important moment from his past.

The concert has ended and maestro Fiore, disappointed, feels betrayed by the boys. Everyone is now busy with their own commitments, but Marioni manages to stop Robbo, entrusting him with the task of relaying his words to the others.

The concert isn't over yet but Daniele's boyfriend wants to leave since Matteo has already played.

Barbara's mother reaches the theater and finds Barbara welcoming her to tell her all the things she has hidden. The mother wants to go home to talk about it but Barbara decides to stay and listen to the concert.

Before going to get ready, maestro Fiore encourages the kids to do something all together when the concert is over. Matteo is frightened and Barbara confronts her mother. The evening seems to be full of emotions.

We are at the evening of the concert and nervousness among the kids and not only them, is making itself felt. While the final preparations are in full swing, Barbara decides to do the right thing. Marioni instead continues to harbor strong doubts about maestro Fiore.

Preparations are underway for the big concert with maestro Fiore. Domenico accompanies Matteo to choose a special jacket while Clelia says she's excited to see Rosario dressed up like a grown-up.

Clelia and Roberto, Rosario's foster parents, discuss the possibility of arranging a meeting between the biological mother and the boy. Daniele talks to Matteo to calm him down and help him feel less alone after his mother's death.

Marioni watches as a spectator the lesson that maestro Fiore gives to the orchestra students and doesn't approve of his method. At the end of the lesson, Matteo's uncle waits for him to take him to a place where he doesn't want to go.
