According to Imma, Don Mariano had convinced Iannuzzi to tell her about the trips he had made to bury toxic waste. Samuele and Valentina have a conversation about the cooking course he has been invited to participate in. Samuel also gets something off his chest with Deputy Prosecutor Tataranni.

Davide is discussing the menus with Silvia and Riccardo, who is the one who pays the bills, evidently. Davide had a little mix up with his fish orders, but is coming clean about it.

Finally Max manages to get Alice into the Bistro where the surprise party had been organized. After the party, Max meets up with Michelino who mentions the cake left at the lawyer's house.

Mileo is called into Imma's again and this time the truth comes out about his land. Meanwhile, Calogiuri has managed to find Iannuzzi.

In this part, we see an excerpt from a job interview with one of the inmates at Bollate. The young man tells about the different detention experiences he had had before coming to Bollate.
