Lisa plays a tape that Oriana thought had been destroyed. It takes her back to 1973, when instead of going to Bonn, Oriana decides to go to Athens, where Panagulis has just been freed from five years in prison. She wants to interview him.

Imma goes to where the dead body of Nunzio Festa had been found. She has to deal with the local Carabinieri marshal, who is a bit of a bully. She and Calogiuri go to see the parents of the deceased.

Panagulis tells Oriana about his 5 years in prison and how he survived it, including physical and psychological torture. She is riveted to the point of forgetting she has a plane to catch.

Imma and Calogiuri rummage around in Nunzio's room, and Imma sees a photo: Nunzio's girlfriend. So they go to see her next after asking Nunzio's stepmother some questions.

Today, Camilla, contrary to her normal routine, is all dressed up and early for school. Her daughter notices right away, as does the nosy custodian in their apartment building. We soon discover why.

Oriana gets a chance to browse around in Alekos' studio before getting some sleep. The next day, she has to call the office and explain why she is still in Athens. Aleko shows up and has a surprise. He wants to enjoy his freedom, but has lots of work to do, too.

Imma talks to Milena, without much success, but then she gets a phone call she has to deal with.

Gaetano and Camilla grab a cofffee during her break, but they get interrupted by a visitor and then by a phone call about a murder. Gaetano rushes off to the scene of the crime.

Alekos and Oriana have a romantic moment but he is always thinking about his battle against the government. Oriana has her own ideas about how to run a successful resistance.
