La sala del Trono, immensa e magnifica in tutti i suoi aspetti, rappresenta il potere assoluto del sovrano. In fondo alla sala si trova il trono, piccolo ma molto elegante. La volta al soffitto è stata affrescata con l'opera "La cerimonia della posa della prima pietra della Reggia di Caserta", che riprende l'episodio legato all'apertura dei lavori avvenuto nel 1752.
