Artist Nanda Vigo, a friend of Gualtiero Marchesi's, tells us what it was like to be an artist back in those days, and how Marchesi was involved.

For one reason or another, nobody gets much sleep after the evening at the Tuxedo, but Manara is in his boss's office bright and early to report in person.

Nunzia knocks at Enzo's door asking him to help her with her son, Sasà. We get to see a bit more of Sasà's personality, and Toni's.

The scene is set at the Tuxedo, but no one's ready for the one person to show up who could ruin everything.

One thing that was special about Marchesi's cuisine was that rather than looking abroad for exotic ingredients, his dishes were works of art made with local, ordinary materials.
