The pizza party ends up just being Palma and Ottavia who make the best of it. Palma would like them to be on a first-name basis, but he is Ottavia's boss and she has trouble with that. He talks about dare del tu, which means addressing someone informally instead of dare del Lei, which implies addressing someone formally. It can still mean using someone's first name, but the pronouns (and conjugations) change.
