La tempesta (The Storm) is a romantic comedy produced by Rai Fiction. The story is set in Treviso, near Venice, in the well-known Tognana porcelain tableware plant. Two brothers inherit the plant, but are complete opposites. With the disappearance of Aldo Del Serio, the responsible brother, Paolo takes the reins at the factory. Paolo is a girl-chasing, do-nothing guy and aside from running Tognana, he has to act as a parent to the feisty Belarus orphan that his brother had just adopted. He couldn't do this without Manuela, his love interest and a worker at the factory.

Paolo clearly cares more about Natoli than his car, Manuela thinks Paolo is like the other bosses, and Natoli is becoming resigned to going back to his country. It's a mess.

In this last segment we find out what happened to Aldo and his wife. We don't know if everyone will live happily ever after, but for now, it's all good.
